Project — structure with the following attributes:

  • Id (STRING): ID of the project

  • Name (STRING): Name of the project

  • Type (INT): 1 = root project, 2 = workflow project, 3 = workflow family

  • CreatorId (STRING): GUID of the creator

  • CreationTime (INT): Creation time

  • Description (STRING): Description

The response is a flat list. It contains no parent attribute and no nesting; the project hierarchy therefore cannot be determined through this job — nor through any other job of the server API. The edges live exclusively in the table oswfprojectsrel.

Alternatively, the file produced by wfm.Export contains the projects nested and thus also reproduces the hierarchy.

Further properties, measured against enaio® server 12.0 (EngineVersion 1200):

  • Exactly one project carries Type = 1.

  • The system project is named %SYSTEMPROJECT% and carries the fixed ID FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF, typed as Type = 2.

  • CreationTime = 0 means "not set", not 1970-01-01. This affects, among others, the out-of-the-box family Adhoc.

  • CreatorId is empty for server-owned entries.

  • Name is not unique. A project and a family can carry the same name.

  • Type corresponds to the column ostype in oswfprojects.
